Chair Yoga 

Perfect for people who are struggling with orthopedic or flexibility issues. Gentle yoga class format. Mix of seated, standing, and supported balance poses.

      Both Zoom and In-Person Available

Mat Yoga 

Creating balance between activity and relaxation. Transitions between laying poses and standing poses. Students do not need to have previous yoga experience.

One-On-One Yoga

One-to-one yoga sessions can assist you in gaining a more in-depth knowledge of yoga and its roots. Our one-to-one sessions will allow you to get to know your yoga instructor so that we can customize your yoga exercise plan to handle your exact needs. One-to-one sessions can take place in our studio or the comfort of your own home via Zoom.
